Typographical Errors.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, RNSI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.  RNSI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RNSI shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  RNSI reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.  RNSI reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. 

Return Policy.

All sales are final. No returns are permitted.

Sales to United States Addresses Only; Export Limitations; Authorized Reseller Limitations.

Sales are limited to United States addresses only.  Certain items available for purchase via the Site may be further subject to export restrictions.  In the event that RNSI is not an authorized reseller for an item you have selected for purchase and/or is unable to provide the item to you, RNSI will inform you of such fact, usually within one business day.

Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product.  Extended warranties are available from select manufacturers.  Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

Passwords.

You are responsible for keeping secure your password to access your account on the Site.  RNSI bears no responsibility for your account being compromised and used without your authorization.  Should you become aware of unauthorized activity on your account, you must notify RNSI immediately.

Jurisdiction and Venue.

You agree that any legal action brought against RNSI shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles.  You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the RNSI site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Cook County, Illinois.
